De-Stress offers a schedule that includes sessions of a 30 mins consultation with the Vaidya (Ayurvedic physician); a 75 mins Udvartana (a special body toning massage ); a 60 mins yoga session; and a 60 mins Mukhalepa (traditional herbal facial). The number of sessions, of each treatment, differs as per the duration of the journey opted for.

- The Ayurveda Program comprises of treatments as specified and does not include accommodation, food and other incidental expenses.
- All bookings for Ayurveda Journey must be confirmed 7 days prior to arrival.
- Any bookings cancelled should be 72 hours prior to the booking date, else 50% of the amount will have to be paid as retention fees
