The Blue Bar is a stylish open-air bar set amidst beautiful and lush landscaped gardens surrounded by water bodies. It overlooks and is adjacent to the Blue Ginger restaurant. The architecture and the look is predominantly South Asian with solid teak flooring and tiled roofing with contemporary interiors. The music is a blend of Lounge, House and Retro, playing in the background, making the Blue Bar- a place to unwind and soak in the environment.

The Sommelier at Blue Bar handpicks wines from three wine flights
to give you a taste of the best from around the world. The foot tapping music and

All the Divas head to Blue Bar on Wednesdays. On the house Pinky

Single Malt & Cigar - Thursday Nights

Masala Klub, the new restaurant at the Taj West End holds the key to a repertoire of influences which are a mélange of the best recipes from North and South India, adapted to a contemporary, light menu. Visually stunning, this restaurant is located by a 120 year old tamarind tree and serves up stylishly crafted native culinary fare in a sophisticated setting. Signature items include the Paperwali Machchi ( fish fillets drizzled with freshly ground peppercorns enveloped in parchment paper and char grilled without oil in an open pit) and Murg Khatta Pyaaz (a combination of chicken with pickled onions and brought to pleasing pungency with burnt garlic). Highlights of the experience include Masala Grill, where guests can create their own grills on stones that have been marinated in herbs and spices for over two weeks.
The Masala restaurants offer a unique dining experience which is the result of Grand Master Chef Hemant Oberoi's dream to retrace authentic North Indian cuisine. He traveled across extensively across regions to derive inspiration and to revive old cuisines for Masala Restaurants. The Chef's dream was to break the myth that Indian food is heavy and oily. Brushing aside the heavy butter and creamy gravies, the Chef recreated the authentic flavors by the smart use of the extra virgin olive oil. The result was the “Masala” brand -offering a beautiful blend of ancient Indian food culture mingling with the new. Masala Klub will offer a mix of three Masala restaurants Art, Kraft and Bay and also a range of cuisines from South India. Hence the name Klub – a mélange of all the Masala creations.

Marco Polo Diaries & Fusion Gourmet Journey – 18th to 26th September
Marco Polo is one of the most famous travelers who visited India.
He opened the world to unknown civilizations of huge wealth and precious goods.
His travels started from Venice and culminated in China. His travels through the
famed "Silk Route" have inspired many artists over the years.
In this exhibition titles Marco Polo's Diaries, 14 artists works have been selected
to illustrate the adventures and illustrations of Marco Polo and we have Fusion
Gourmet Cuisine buffet at the Mynt which also travels the path of his journeys.
