BENTO BOX AT THE BLUE BAR

Working late now takes a turn for the better, as our Chefs bring the ever favourite Bento Box to The Blue Bar.

While finalising last minute business deals, guests now have a chance to experience a medley of signature dishes that include a choice of delicacies prepared in true authentic Vietnamese style. Suited for a single diner, the Bento Box boasts of a nutritionally balanced meal with a soup, main course and on a sweet note, the traditional homemade ice cream.

COOKERY CLASSES AT MASALA ART

Cast iron griddles, the very best of pounded Indian spices, an array of herbs and floral aromas - the live cooking sessions at Masala Art are for the diners to learn and understand the intricacies of the grand cuisine of India and experience live gourmet cooking.
