Buzz also has an Active Foods menu for those looking for a healthy bite. From January to March, Buzz serves Purbo Banglar Khabar that is the traditional cuisine of Dhaka, Bangladesh. The hotel’s chefs travelled to Dhaka to learn the nuances of its delicious cuisine that has soaked Armenian, Nawabi and British influences to offer diners a delightful treat for the palate. Each dish is slow cooked and only fresh vegetables, sweet fish, tender meats and traditional ingredients have been used to prepare them.

The thali meal of a repertoire of preparations served on a large platter features dishes that re-create the culinary heritage of Dhaka. Among the appetizers are different kinds of fried fish, jhuri kebabs, jali kebabs, paat patar (jute leaves) bora, chingrir (prawn) chops, dimer (egg) chops.
The signature main course dishes include Gelasi, Bhuna kitchuri, fish pulao, and the finger licking Bangladeshi favourite called Paturi. And the meal is wrapped up with mouth-watering pithas. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian thalis are being served. .
