When should I arrive for my spa treatment?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow yourself time to check in, change and familiarise yourself with the facility. You may also enjoy spending some time perusing the spa collection at our boutique.

Is there someone to help me decide on the appropriate treatment?
Our Spa Manager will assist you in planning a programme to suit your needs.

How many kinds of treatments are there and how do I choose?
We offer a simple but effective selection of massage techniques to relax and pamper your body. Our Spa Manager and team of therapists at the spa will help you decide on specific treatments that are most appealing and beneficial to you. For example, you may simply want to relax or you may need to relieve muscular tension.

Is there a limit to the number of spa treatments I should plan in a day?
You may have as many as you like. Our Spa Manager will tell you the best order in which you can enjoy your treatments.

What if I have special health considerations?
Be sure to notify our Spa Manager or therapists before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, other physical ailments or disabilities. If you have any concern at all, please let us know. We recommend that alcohol not be consumed before, during or immediately after your spa treatments.

What do I wear during my treatment?
You may wish to wear your own bikini or briefs, or we can provide you with hygienic disposable briefs. Alternatively, treatments may be enjoyed without clothes. Choose what is most comfortable for you. Our therapists will always use draping techniques to respect your privacy.

Can I ask the therapist to accommodate my personal preferences and / or to adjust the treatment pressure to increase my comfort ?
We definitely encourage this. It is your time and you should enjoy the experience to the fullest. Whether it is the music selection, volume, the amount of pressure or your personal favourite from the spa’s specially blended oils, please just ask.

What about my watch, jewellery and valuables ?
Please leave these personal items in the electronic safe provided for in your villa.

What about payment for spa services ?
We will charge all your spa services to your villa account.
