- The offer is applicable across participating hotels within India and globally and is subject to availability.
- This Offer is not valid at Taj Wellington Mews, Mumbai.
- The offer is inclusive of accommodation, daily breakfast, 25% Savings on Food and beverages at restaurants during the stay, and 25% savings on Spa therapies and Salon services during the stay, Inclusive of standard wi-fi and applicable taxes extra.
- 25% Savings on Food & Beverage is not applicable on In-room Dining orders.
- Savings on Food & Beverage are not applicable for Ginger Hotels.
- Savings on Spa therapies and Salon services are not applicable for Ginger Hotels and Ama Stays & Trails.

- Reservations exceeding 5 rooms on overlapping dates will be considered group bookings; the hotels reserve the right to refuse such bookings or apply special rates. In such a case, the group stay terms and conditions per hotel policy shall be applicable.
- Neupass Loyalty Program members can earn NeuCoins only on their eligible spends only on bookings made via the brand website, Tata Neu app, IHCL central reservation office or hotel reservation office. Bookings made via any other mediums will not be eligible to earn NeuCoins.
- Each hotel reserves the right to refuse bookings that are not as per the Terms and Conditions.
- All the Terms and Conditions of the NeuPass Loyalty program, as available on https://www.tajhotels.com/en-in/neupass will apply.
- In case of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the room rate and taxes applicable for the duration of the stay on the credit card provided at the time of the booking.
