- Festivals of India Offer is valid for Bookings from 3rd October 2024 to 6th November 2024 for stays till 31st March 2025.
- The offer is applicable across participating hotels within India and is subject to availability.
- This Offer is not valid at Taj Wellington Mews, Mumbai + International Hotels.
- The offer is inclusive of accommodation, breakfast, one major meal, 25% savings on Food & Soft Beverages at designated restaurants during the stay, 25% savings on Spa therapies and salon services during the stay, Early Check-in and Late Check-out subject to availability, Festive turndown amenity once during the stay and standard wi-fi.
- Breakfast and one major meal, comprising Lunch or Dinner to be served at a pre-designated venue as decided by the hotel. One major meal can be a set menu offering.
- 25% Savings on Food & Soft Beverages is not applicable on In-room Dining, Special Celebratory Meals such as Christmas Brunch, New Year Celebration Meal , Diwali Special Meals etc, or on Blackout dates as defined by Hotels.
- 25% Savings on Spa Therapies during Stay is not valid at Ginger and amã Stays & Trails.
- 25% Savings on Food & Soft Beverages is applicable only at select Ginger Hotels.
- This promotional rate cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or negotiated rate including third-party.
- Reservations must be booked on the Festivals of India offer to avail of the benefits.
- Limited rooms are available on the offer. Blackout dates will apply.
- Extra adults and children will be charged as per the hotel’s standard policy, applicable rates, and taxes.
- Taxes, applicable as per local regulations and government mandates, are extra and payable.
- Reservations exceeding 5 rooms on overlapping dates will be considered group booking; the hotels reserve the right to refuse such bookings or apply special rates. In such a case, group stay terms and conditions per hotel policy shall be applicable.
- Neupass Loyalty Program members can earn NeuCoins only their eligible spends only on bookings made via brand website, Tata Neu app, IHCL central reservation office or hotel reservation office. Bookings made via any other mediums will not be eligible to earn NeuCoins.
- Each hotel reserves the right to refuse bookings that are not as per the Terms and Conditions.
- All the Terms and Conditions of the NeuPass Loyalty program, as available on https://www.tajhotels.com/en-in/neupass will apply.
- In case of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the room rate and taxes applicable for the duration of the stay on the credit card provided at the time of the booking.
- Reservation may be modified as per the predefined policy only. In case of modification, rooms and rates are subject to change based on availability.
